JOB TITLE: Asbestos Air Monitoring Specialists, Inspector - DENVER, COLORADO

Job Description

Our Denver office has an opening for an Experienced Environmental Technician. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing and managing asbestos abatement projects. This includes collecting and analyzing samples. The ideal candidate will be able to cross train and manage environmental consulting projects.

Preferred Qualifications

∙ Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a science-related field)
∙ Any current CDPHE licenses & certificates: AMS / Inspector / Project Manager / Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor
∙ Strong, verifiable references
∙ Business Development experience
∙ Reliable transportation available to be used for work purposes (mileage expense is reimbursed)
∙ Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize obligations accordingly, and manage time wisely
∙ Good computer skills, primarily MS Office programs & Excel-based databases
∙ Must be able to work overtime when called upon

A strong candidate without the necessary Licenses will be considered if they meet certain criteria. Some examples of the desired attributes are:

∙ Background in construction, building maintenance, and/or understanding of building systems and materials, or;
∙ Background in the environmental consulting industry, and willingness to be cross-trained and diversify skill-set
∙ Experience managing complex projects
∙ Knowledge of Colorado asbestos and lead regulations

Other INFO

Travel will be required, primarily within Colorado and occasionally in other states as projects demand. Company provided equipment, paid travel expenses, and benefits including insurance and retirement plan. Growth opportunities are available for those who display strong leadership, a willingness to learn, and an ability to take the lead on large scale projects.

Drug testing and criminal background check will be required prior to hire and employment.

This position will be out of our Carrollton, Corporate office.

∙ Any current TDSHS licenses & certificates: AMT / Inspector / Project Manager / Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor / Mold Technician / Consultant
∙ Strong, verifiable references
∙ Reliable transportation available to be used for work purposes (mileage expense is reimbursed)
∙ Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize obligations accordingly, and manage time wisely
